No, You may do the booking without any prior registration just share requested details while placing the booking online.
Although you may book your transfer online up to 6 hours before your travel date, we recommend that you book as early as possible. By booking your transfer early, you have the best chance of beating any price increases, which may occur at any time during the year, especially prior to each holiday season.
We understand that many a travelers plan their trip way in advance and therefore we accept booking of a taxi as much as 180 days in advance.

The taxi and driver details will be sent to you 2 hours prior to the pick-up time.

Yes. Usually every driver uses the meter. But if you want to, you can agree on a fixed price before getting in. As soon as the meter is running, this is not possible anymore.
No, the tip is never included in the price of a transfer.

Taxi drivers make money only when a person is riding in the back seat. As an on demand service drivers usually want the fare closest to them. In Phuket the vast majority of rides for drivers are street hails. It usually doesn’t make a lot of sense financially for a driver to pass a fare on the street in order to pick up a dispatch order.
Call the driver directly to see where he is. You find his phone number in the message you received before your ride with all the driver details.

Our driver will wait for you by meeting point holding a sign with your name on it and copy of the booking reference.

In most cases we will be able to reschedule your transfer without a problem. However, if it is a busy time of the year, it is possible (but unlikely) that we may not have availability for your new transfer time. Taxi drivers can refuse passengers if, on reasonable grounds, they consider:
  • Their personal safety would be threatened or endangered.
  • The intending passenger is under the influence of drink or drugs.
  • The intending passenger is in a filthy condition.
  • The intending passenger is consuming food or drink.
  • The intending passenger is noisy, violent or is disturbing the public peace.
  • The intending passenger is accompanied by an animal, unless that person’s sight is impaired and the animal is a guide dog.
  • The intending passenger owes the driver for a previous fare and refuses to pay what is owed.
  • The intending passenger does not have enough money to meet the cost of the transfer (the driver has the right to ask for payment in advance).
  • The number of passengers wishing to travel exceeds the number stated on the vehicle’s loading certificate.
The driver may also terminate the transfer at any time for any of the above reasons.

We recommend you arrive at the airport 3 hours for International flight and 1 hour for Domestic flight in advance. If you have any questions, chat with us (by WhatsApp, and we'll be happy to help make sure you get to the airport, safely, easily and on-time!
To make things easy for you, we provide a recommended pickup time. Typically, we recommend 30-40 minutes if you have luggage, though if you have only a carry-on 20 minutes may be enough. If you're flying internationally, we recommend adding another 30 minutes for getting through customs. We also recommend contact to driver once you land to inform them that you have arrived, so they know to expect you soon.

Yes we can provide you with an invoice if required. Please contact us after making your booking to request an invoice.
Yes, every driver carries your luggages into the car and helps you to get in if needed.
Yes, we do offer hourly rates. Our rates can vary depending on the place, time, day, vehicle type, and number of vehicles needed. But on average it cost about 300 THB per hour for one cab with a minimum 5 hours reservation. You can always find out accurate cost estimate by chat by WhatsApp to our dispatch center and one of our friendly dispatchers will be glad to help.
We do not have any 5 seater taxis in our fleet. Vans or Shuttles are available, however its best to prebook these.
Most taxis can only carry 4 passengers. We have a small number of 6 passenger mini vans but the availability of them is very limited. If there will be more than 4 people in your party then you should expect to take 2 taxi. Please remember, kids are people too! Babes in arms and toddlers are not considered to be passengers.
No, you will not have to share your car with anyone else that is not specified on your reservation form. All our transfers are private and NOT shared.
Smoking is prohibited in Taxis. However our driver will accommodate your request by stopping at a safe place where you can legally do.
Yes. However, animals must be caged or muzzled to be allowed into the taxi.
A normal-sized taxi boot space can handle up to two pieces of luggage with length of about 27 inches to 29 inches.
If you are travelling with excess luggage such as large suitcases, wheelchairs, pushchairs etc it is imperative that we are made aware of this at time of booking in Remarks field.
Yes it is but if you have light luggage or backpacks. If you have medium to large luggage then a mini-van vehicle is advisable.
